2. Information we process
When you request a quotation or contact us, we process the contact details, company and country information, product choices, quantities and message you provide. Phone, tax number and billing address fields in the quotation form are optional. Please do not include payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in your message.
The hosting service may process technical connection information such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information to deliver and secure the website. This is distinct from advertising cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry information to answer product questions, prepare requested quotations and manage related correspondence. Where you request steps towards a contract with us, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. For enquiries made on behalf of a company and other business correspondence, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to those requests, under Article 6(1)(f). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Where a transaction follows, information may also be processed to fulfil the contract and comply with applicable accounting and tax obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Technical security processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users.
The form acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it does not authorise unrelated advertising. The quotation form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing campaign. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Recipients and service providers
Enquiries are handled by the team responsible for your request and by hosting, technical support and email service providers where needed to deliver those services. Information may be disclosed where required by law. Using external contact links, such as WhatsApp, Gmail or Outlook, takes you to services operated by their respective providers under their own privacy notices.
5. Retention
Enquiry information is kept for the time needed to respond and manage the resulting correspondence or quotation. If an order follows, relevant records are retained for the applicable contractual, accounting, tax and legal-claims periods. Information that is no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymised. You can contact us about the retention applicable to your enquiry.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your competent supervisory authority.
7. Cookies and external services
Google reCAPTCHA v2 loads in the contact details step of the quotation form to help prevent spam. Google may process technical browser information and set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie for its risk analysis. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
The current website application does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use persistent browser storage or automatically embed third-party maps or social-media widgets. See our Cookie Policy.
8. Website use and intellectual property
This website provides product information and a means to make enquiries. A quotation request is not an order confirmation. Product suitability, specifications, pricing and supply terms should be confirmed with our team before ordering.
Zebec and ZPRO branding, photographs and catalogue material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Access to this website does not grant a licence to reuse protected material.
9. Updates
We will update this notice when our processing changes. The date above identifies this version. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
